Lead Zoho People And Zoho Recruit Module Implementation

Role Description This is for a Lead ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit Module Implementation Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and integration of ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit modules. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, developing tailored solutions, conducting testing, and providing end-user training. The role also includes monitoring system performance, ensuring data accuracy, and offering ongoing technical support to clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in configuring and implementing ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit

Strong skills in project management, client communication, and requirements gathering

Technical expertise in customization, system integration, and workflow automations within ZOHO

Experience with data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment workflows, and employee lifecycle management

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Demonstrated capacity to work independently and meet deadlines
