Job Description – Presales Associate(Fresher)

Location : Bangalore

Employment Type : Full-Time

Workdays : Monday to Friday

Work Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Presales Associates with strong communication skills to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in presales, product knowledge, and client engagement . As a Presales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, learning about our products and solutions, and assisting in client interactions to drive successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop deep understanding of CARD91’s products, services, and solutions.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
  • Support in RFP’s.
  • Assist in demonstrating product features and addressing client queries during the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment in addressing client requirements.
  • Research market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen presales activities.
  • Participate in client meetings, internal discussions, and strategy sessions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Manage and track RFPs, RFQs, and empanelment activities with banks for CARD91’s products, ensuring timely submission and status visibility for all opportunities.
  • Prepare high‑quality presales documentation, including proposals, bid responses, technical and compliance forms, commercial annexures, agreements, and customer‑ready presentation decks tailored to each bank’s requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, product, technology, and bank stakeholders to gather inputs, schedule and support product demos, drive follow‑ups, and ensure all presales deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresh MBA graduates (Sales, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in technology products and client solutions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in presales and client support.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
