Job description7+ years of hands-on development experience. 0-to-1 product building experience — real ownership, real build-from-scratch work. Deep expertise in MERN stack and microservice architecture. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, WebSockets, and serverless design Experience in building or scaling e-commerce or high-traffic consumer technology features. Exposure to AI / ML integration (models, microservices, inference pipelines). Familiarity with search engine technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of real-time analytics and event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis) UI / UX appreciation and polished front-end craftsmanship Impact : Lead projects that drive our next wave of AI-powered shopping experiences Growth : Access to an annual learning stipend, AI hackathons, and technical conferences

We are hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to build and scale high-performance web applications and AI-driven features for a fast-growing product company in the e-commerce and retail technology space. This role involves full ownership of engineering modules, leading design discussions, and integrating machine learning capabilities into production systems.
What You Will Do
- Build and scale applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Design systems capable of handling high traffic and complex workloads.
- Integrate machine learning models into production workflows.
- Drive engineering standards, code reviews, and mentor mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with product, data, QA, and design teams to ship production-ready features quickly.
