For the Manager, Data Science & AI Innovation role in the CEMEA Data Science team, we are seeking a visionary leader and strategic thinker to champion our next-generation AI-driven initiatives within the region. As a Data Science Manager specializing in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation in autonomous AI systems, and develop cutting-edge AI agents that transform how Visa and our clients approach data-driven decision making. This role is dedicated exclusively to working on key client accounts based in the GCC market while pioneering the future of AI in financial services.

Principal Responsibilities

Strategic AI Leadership & Innovation

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of GenAI models and autonomous AI agents that revolutionize cards and payments analytics
• Drive the strategic vision for AI and analytics within the organization, aligning with overall business goals and Visa's innovation roadmap
• Identify and champion opportunities for agentic AI automation solutions across client workflows, from procurement to payment processing
• Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies that leverage multi-agent orchestration frameworks to optimize complex business processes
• Lead implementation of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent workflows for enhanced decision-making capabilities
