Job descriptionOwn and manage end-to-end client strategy, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Drive key campaign efficiencies through data-led insights, budget allocation, and bidding strategies. Ensure all deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with best practices. Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization recommendations. Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact and subject-matter expert for clients. Provide clear communication, performance insights, and strategic recommendations. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Partner closely with Account Directors to align on client goals, account plans, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with Client Services, Creative, Analytics, and other digital channel teams to ensure integrated campaign success. Share cross-channel insights and identify opportunities to enhance multi-channel performance. Oversee account operations, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, pacing, tracking, and reporting. Maintain strong quality-control processes and ensure adherence to platform best practices. Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team Skills & Qualifications : Strong experience in Paid Media management (PPC, Display, Social, Programmatic). Expertise in major platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Proven ability to develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. Excellent communication skills and experience managing client relationships. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts Qualifications Experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets. Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.). Familiarity with bid management or automation tools. Experience mentoring junior team members. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
