Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for BayOne India across all internal departments, including HR, Operations, Finance, Delivery, and Recruitment.
Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to identify talent needs, define job requirements, and design effective hiring strategies.
Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels — job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and uphold BayOne’s employer brand throughout the hiring process.
Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and quality of hire.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Key Skills & Requirements :
5–8 years of proven experience in internal / corporate hiring or talent acquisition within IT, consulting, or services organizations.
3–5 years of experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.
Strong understanding of multiple business functions (HR, Ops, Finance, Delivery, etc.) and ability to recruit across diverse domains.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on expertise in sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Strategic thinker with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
