Quality Manager (ISO 17025)

Job Summary :

CNLABS, an independent and vendor-neutral interoperability laboratory, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager. As a Quality Manager of ISO 17025 you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to quality standards and compliance with ISO 17025 requirements within the organization. You will be responsible for updating, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing and calibration processes at CNLABS. The Quality Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve quality procedures, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Management System (QMS) Development :

• Develop / update, implement, and maintain the ISO 17025 compliant quality management system.
• Ensure that all testing and calibration activities align with ISO 17025 standards.

Compliance and Audits :

Documentation and Record Keeping :

Training and Awareness :

Continuous Improvement :

Customer Focus :

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

NABL and TEC Co-ordination :

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.

Extensive experience in quality management in a laboratory or testing environment in electronics, Software and IT equipment category.

In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 standards and other relevant quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification as an Internal auditor for ISO 17025 is mandatory.
