Delhi’s leading litigation-focused firm, based in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, is looking to onboard a seasoned and independent Litigation Advocate for a full-time, on-site position.

Position : Senior Litigation Advocate (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location : Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi

Experience Required : 6–7+ years PQE in core litigation & arbitration

Essential Qualifications & Expertise

• Proven track record of regular and effective court appearances across Delhi courts and tribunals
• Deep expertise in : – Civil & Commercial Litigation – Corporate & Business Disputes – Consumer, Recovery & DRT matters – Industrial & Labour Laws – Domestic & Commercial Arbitration
• Ability to single-handedly manage matters from inception to execution : legal research, drafting of plaints / petitions / applications, evidence, arguments, and enforcement
• Outstanding drafting, pleading, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong courtroom presence with persuasive and strategic argumentation
• Excellent command over English (written & spoken), professional demeanor, and quick responsiveness

Work Schedule & Conditions

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (gross)

Higher compensation open for negotiation for truly exceptional profiles with demonstrable results.
