Job Requirements :

Position : Marketing Manager

Industry : Oil & Gas

CTC : As per Industry Standards

Work Experience : Prefer 5 years of experience in marketing

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales goals.
• Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, while overseeing website management, content updates, and performance optimization to ensure strong brand presence and effective lead generation.
• Plan and execute brand-building activities such as ATL / BTL campaigns, events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective marketing collaterals, digital content, and promotional materials.
• Manage vendor relationships for advertising, printing and creative design. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide strategy.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI.
• Ensure consistent and impactful brand communication across all channels while leveraging platforms such as FieldAssist, ScanMaster, and other CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and field productivity.
• Support new product launches, packaging design, and marketing materials development.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and innovative marketing tools to enhance visibility, efficiency, and brand experience.
