About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in bench sales and marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US IT recruitment, bench sales activities, and marketing consultants through job portals, vendor networks, and direct client connections.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
Market bench consultants to clients and vendors via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Build strong relationships with consultants, employers, and staffing vendors.
Negotiate rates, finalize terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Track and share regular activity reports with management.
Required Skills :
1–2 years of experience in recruiting and bench sales marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
