Location : Mumbai

Duration : 6 months with potential promotion to Legal Assistant.

Working Hours : 11 AM to 7 PM

Stipend : ₹7000-10,000 per month

The Role-

Select Media Holdings LLP, a film production company, is currently seeking a Legal Intern to join our in-house team. This position aims to enhance efficiency and streamline our legal processes under the supervision of our Business Head. This role will require close coordination with both our legal firm and other parties involved.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with our associate Legal firm to expedite legal processes.

2. Handle agreements between talent / third parties and our Legal firm, ensuring timely resolution of any disputed clauses.

3. Draft agreements when necessary.

4. Manage and organise final agreement copies, ensuring they are signed by all parties and maintaining accurate records (both soft and hard copies).

5. Provide administrative support for legal documentation.

Requirements :

1. Academic Record : Recently graduated from a law school with a strong academic background or in the last year of her education.

2. Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

3. Legal Research : Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

4. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, with an ability to maintain confidentiality.

5. Organisational Skills : Excellent organisational and time management skills.

6. Legal Knowledge : Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology is an advantage.
