Job description1 – 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in agency. Experience hiring w2, 1099, and C2C candidates. Excellent knowledge of US labour and visa regulations. Exceptional verbal and written communication. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver. A positive, “can do” attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively source, recruit, engage and maintain a strong candidate funnel for assigned requirements from US clients.
- Ensure efficient utilization of applicant tracking system (ATS) and features to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Using social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify best talent for clients.
- Manage interview process, ensuring great candidate experience, from the first interview till the final closure.
- Work closely with Leads & Managers & achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly nos.
