Role Description

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer for a full-time, remote role. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Day-to-day tasks include creating dynamic user interfaces, writing efficient backend APIs, integrating databases, and optimizing application performance. Collaboration with designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams will also be a key aspect of this role, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and JavaScript development

Front-end development expertise, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

Database management skills, particularly with SQL and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI / CD tools

Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code and debug effectively

Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and application integration

Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work in a collaborative and remote team environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred

Additional knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies such as Docker is a plus
