1. Compliance and Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Conduct and managing routine inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Maintain updated records of incidents, inspections, verification checklists and safety observations.
2. Training and Awareness
Controlling training programs for employees and contractors.Promote awareness on safe and best work practices and emergency procedures.Conduct refresher training sessions.3. Incident Management
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions;recommend corrective actions.
Maintain incident and investigation reports and track closure of actions.Support root cause analysis and ensure preventive measures are implemented.4. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.Prepare monthly HS performance reports and present findings to management.Support internal and external HS audits and ensure co-ordination with audit findings.5. Continuous Improvement
Identify potential hazards and develop control measures.Recommend and implement improvements in the HS management system.Participate in health and safety committee meetings and contribute to setting HS objectives and targets.Key Skills and Competencies :

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in health and safety function.Certification in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (preferred
