Cerner HIM Analyst - 3M - Dubai Location

We are looking for Cerner HIM Analyst - 3M - Dubai Location

Specifically focusing on solutions provided by 3M Health Information Systems (such as 3M Coding and CDI applications).

Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Support : Participate in the routine maintenance, build, testing, and troubleshooting of Cerner HIM applications and their integration points with 3M software.

Workflow Optimization : Collaborate with HIM personnel, clinicians, and revenue cycle teams to understand needs and optimize workflows related to coding, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), and other HIM processes using the integrated systems.

Implementation and Upgrades : Assist with system implementations, configurations, and software updates, including planning and coordinating testing with end users (unit, system, regression, UAT).

Issue Resolution : Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, providing timely resolutions and working with senior analysts or vendors (Cerner and 3M) when necessary.

Documentation and Standards : Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and application changes, ensuring adherence to change management procedures and quality standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Gather, interpret, and utilize complex data for reporting purposes, such as tracking KPIs related to coding accuracy or revenue cycle performance, and comparing performance against benchmarks.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work in a multidisciplinary environment, liaising between technical teams, clinical staff, and business partners to ensure the technology meets operational and clinical requirements.
