Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities

Conduct testing of construction materials such as

cement, concrete, soil, steel, sand, and aggregates .

Perform

on-site and lab-based tests

including slump test, cube test, compaction etc.

Prepare and maintain

accurate test reports, documentation, and sample records .

Ensure that all materials used at project sites comply with

IS codes and quality standards .

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment on a regular basis.

Coordinate with project engineers and quality teams for

timely testing and approvals .

Assist in quality audits and support in identifying material defects or deviations.

Maintain a

clean, safe, and organized

laboratory environment.

Qualification : BE Civil / Diploma Civil

Experience : Candidate should have atlest 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate.
