🔍 What You’ll Do

• Review & Feedback : Evaluate trainee code submissions and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure production-level quality.
• Grade Assignments : Assess and correct assignments to ensure alignment with program goals and technical standards.
• Monitor Progress : Track trainee performance and provide targeted feedback to support growth and identify areas for improvement.
• Daily Collaboration : Join daily stand-ups with the Engineering Manager to plan review priorities and discuss trainee progress.
• Repository Management : Maintain Git repositories and ensure version control integrity.
• Content Support : Assist in verifying and improving course materials and technical content.
