About Position :
We are hiring Product Owner (PO) for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) who would drive the development of products that help prevent financial crime by translating regulatory requirements into technical features. They own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and collaborate with compliance, engineering, and data teams to build and improve AML solutions like transaction monitoring, KYC, and fraud detection systems. This role requires a deep understanding of AML regulations, data analytics, and Agile methodologies.

What You'll Do :
A Product Owner (PO) for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) acts as the liaison between business, compliance, and development teams to ensure the product meets financial crime prevention goals.
Their primary responsibilities include defining the product vision and strategy, staying updated on evolving AML regulations, managing the product backlog to prioritize features, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver features that maximize value and maintain regulatory compliance
Expertise You'll Bring :
Candidates with experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanction Screening and end-to-end Case / Alert Management are preferred.
Demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions is considered a significant asset, highlighting the ability to innovate and enhance business processes through advanced technologies.
A strong understanding of ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards is highly desirable, reflecting proficiency in industry protocols necessary for secure and efficient financial messaging and transactions.
Support Product leadership by skillfully conducting user demonstrations, providing clear insights into product capabilities while ensuring clients’ needs and feedback are effectively addressed.
Prepare and help deliver comprehensive status reports to monitor progress across multiple concurrent workstreams, facilitating transparent communication and strategic decision-making.
Proven expertise in defining requirements and shaping end-to-end product vision for building or enhancing Compliance platforms / products.
Strong background in workflows related to Client Onboarding, Client Due Diligence
AML Review, including KYC, KYB, Sanction Screening of clients and related parties associated with that client, Ongoing Monitoring, Risk Assessment, and Periodic Reviews.
Experience in developing requirements for AML review enhancements within Program Due Diligence workflows, specifically for program request assessments.
Hands-on experience in designing requirements for Retrospective Transaction Monitoring solutions, aimed at monitoring transactions for Visa based on predefined parameters, rules, and typologies.
