About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Production Lead to oversee and manage our end-to-end creative production pipeline for gaming ads. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics , and data-driven ad production , along with a solid understanding of gaming industry trends. This role requires a proactive leader who can guide editors, manage timelines, streamline processes, and ensure consistent quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the production team (video editors, motion artists, and QC members).
- Oversee the full production workflow for data-driven gaming ads , ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, QA, and Client teams to align objectives and deliverables.
- Review and validate edits, gameplay captures, and motion graphic outputs.
- Plan workloads, allocate tasks, track deadlines, and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and data-handling processes.
- Stay updated with gaming trends, gameplay mechanics, and performance-driven creative strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and guide the team with clear direction.
- Provide training, feedback, and process improvements for better output and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (4–7 years) in video production , with strong expertise in video editing and motion graphics .Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a creative / production team .Strong understanding of the gaming industry , game mechanics, and creative benchmarks.Knowledge of data-driven ads , dynamic templates, and asset-based workflows.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Film Production, Animation, Media Studies, Visual Communication, Design, or any related discipline .A Master’s degree in a creative or media-related field is a plus.Recognized certifications in video editing, VFX, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with global gaming studios or performance marketing teams.Familiarity with creative analytics and optimization for gaming ads.Understanding of motion graphics automation or templated production workflows.
