We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic customer relationships, maximize account value, and position Scry AI as a long-term transformation partner.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers. You will work closely with CXOs, business heads, and operational leaders to understand their priorities, drive adoption of Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio, and identify expansion opportunities. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and a consultative approach to selling AI-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership and Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts across BFSI, insurance, logistics, and industrial sectors
Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels (business, IT, operations)
Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic reviews to align on goals, outcomes, and roadmap
Growth, Retention, and Commercial Management
Develop account plans with clear revenue, retention, and expansion objectives
Identify and close upsell / cross-sell opportunities across Scry AI’s product suite
Own renewals and commercial discussions in collaboration with leadership and finance
Solution Consulting and Adoption
Deeply understand client use cases, processes, and KPIs to position Scry AI solutions effectively
Coordinate with product, solutioning, and delivery teams to design and execute successful implementations and pilots
Drive user adoption and value realization by ensuring the right training, enablement, and success metrics are in place
Internal Coordination and Escalation Management
Represent the voice of the customer internally and ensure timely resolution of issues or escalations
Collaborate with product teams to share feedback, feature requests, and insights from key accounts
Work closely with marketing and sales to develop case studies, references, and advocacy from satisfied customers
Reporting and Forecasting
Maintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM
Track and report on key account health indicators, including usage, satisfaction, and risk signals
Provide regular updates to leadership on account performance, risks, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills
4+ years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or customer success, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts with complex deal cycles
Strong consultative selling skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders (CXO, business heads, IT leaders)
Comfortable discussing data, workflows, and business outcomes in domains like BFSI, insurance, logistics, or operations
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and basic reporting in Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
