Strategic Initiatives Manager

We are looking for a Strategy & Project Management Associate with 2–3 years of experience (Must be from Premium B School- full Time MBA OR an IITian) in strategy, PMO, Chief of staff, CEO Office role in an Insurance Organization. Ideal candidates may come from consulting firms, startups, financial services, or insurance companies. This role is a unique blend of execution and strategic thinking, where you will work closely with leadership, product, technology, and business teams to drive critical initiatives, streamline execution, and shape our client’s future growth. You’ll be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless delivery, identifying risks, and enabling collaboration across teams, while also contributing to long-term strategic priorities.

Beyond project execution, you will play a key role in designing new product value propositions, analyzing global trends, building strategic frameworks, and exploring partnerships and innovative business models. We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, experience in managing complex initiatives, and the ability to balance detail-oriented project management with high-level strategic thinking.
