About the Role

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager – Project Finance for a leading bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing managing and closing project funding proposals across Bangalore and nearby regions of Karnataka. This role demands strong market understanding client relationship management and proven experience in project finance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source project funding opportunities across assigned territories.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle for project finance deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders developers corporates and financial stakeholders.

Conduct financial analysis project assessment and credit understanding for funding proposals.

Coordinate with internal credit legal and operations teams for seamless processing.

Ensure target achievement and portfolio quality.

Track competitor activities and market trends within Bangalore & nearby Karnataka regions.

Candidate Requirements

3–7 years of experience in Project Finance / Corporate Finance / Construction Finance .

Strong knowledge of project funding processes due diligence and credit assessment.

Experience handling Bangalore market and nearby Karnataka territories.

Strong communication negotiation & relationship management skills.

Ability to drive revenue targets and maintain portfolio health.
