About the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate mid-career professional to join our Public Policy, Research, and Strategy Tea m. This role is crucial for influencing public policy, driving evidence-based action, and supporting strategy development in the field of learning disabilities and neurodiversity.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape policies across diverse domains, including public policy, education, technology, skilling and employment, and impact investing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Policy Research & Analysis :

Conduct thorough research and monitor policies impacting persons with learning disabilities in India.

Coordinate with on-ground field teams to gather implementation feedback and insights.

Collaborate with State and Central Government officials, NGOs, industry leaders, and civil society to advocate for policy changes that enhance SLD inclusion.

Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to the development of evidence-based interventions that gain buy-in from governments and ecosystem partners.

Prepare clear and concise policy briefs, reports, and other documents to communicate research findings and recommendations internally and externally.

Demonstrate an understanding of technological solutions (including emerging AI) and their role in systems transformation.
