Work Mode - Weekly Hybrid (3 days from Office and 2 days from home)

Job Description : Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Node.Js and React.Js , coupled with hands-on experience in microservices architecture (from design to deployment) . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking or financial domain , preferably in corporate banking or payments , and possess strong communication and leadership skills to drive delivery across teams

Must have :

Must Have Corporate Banking Domain or Banking with Payment domain Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices-based applications .

Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements within the banking domain .

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code delivery using modern engineering practices.

Integrate solutions across enterprise systems ensuring security, performance, and compliance.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.

Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

8–15 years of total IT experience with strong exposure to banking or financial services .

Hands-on expertise in Node.Js and React.Js (experience in both is preferred).

Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices .

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI / CD pipelines .

Prior experience in corporate banking or payments systems will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical solutions.

Good to Have

Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) .

Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP) .

Required Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
