We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to acquire new business
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and feedback for management review
