Experience - 8+ years

The Head of AI / AI Architect will be responsible for defining and driving the technical and architectural vision for a next-generation AdTech ecosystem. This includes building scalable, low-latency systems such as ad exchanges, SSP / DSP integration layers, and real-time bidding infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly technical, and capable of translating business goals into robust, future-proof engineering and AI / ML-driven solutions while mentoring and scaling a high-performance technology team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architecture & System Design

• Define the end-to-end technical architecture for programmatic advertising components including Ad Exchange, SSP, DSP integrations, and RTB systems.
• Design for extremely high throughput and ultra-low latency (e.g., sub-100ms bid responses).
• Build a modular architecture that supports plug-and-play demand– and supply-side integrations.
• Lead architectural reviews, scalability planning, performance tuning, and system optimization.
