10-15 years of relevant experience in wealth management
Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI / UHNI clients
Strong expertise in investment advisory and portfolio management
Ability to generate and scale AUM and revenue from client Exposure to unlisted investment opportunities or alternative assets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of customer orientation and solution-driven thinking
The candidate should come in with a minimum AUM of 200Cr
Graduate / Post Graduate degree is Acquire and deepen relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients
Counsel clients on investment strategies and manage overall financial portfolios
Generate AUM and revenue by leveraging client Continuously track and research financial markets, investment products, and trends to curate portfolio solutions
Identify and evaluate unlisted deal opportunities; help build an ecosystem around these Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and proactive support
Drive wallet share growth and client satisfaction through trust-based advisory
The role demands business acumen and result orientation Prior experience in private banking, broking-led wealth firms, or boutique wealth firms is a plus
