Job Description – AVP / Senior Manager, New Business & Brand Partnerships (Digital & Influencer Marketing)
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven professional from the advertising, digital marketing, branded content, radio, or influencer marketing industry to lead new business, brand partnerships, influencer-led campaigns, endorsements, and sponsorship sales .
This role is focused on driving high-value revenue , closing new partnerships, and expanding our presence across categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and categories.
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a strong focus on high-value closures.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and industry connections.
2. Brand Partnerships & Solution Selling
Pitch and sell integrated brand solutions including influencer campaigns, branded content, endorsements, and sponsorship packages .Collaborate with internal Strategy, Solutions, and Creative teams to craft customised proposals aligned with client goals.Deliver compelling presentations backed by insights, ROI potential, and platform strengths.3. Strategic Pitches & Deal Management
Lead the entire pitch-to-close cycle : need assessment, solutioning, proposal development, pricing, and negotiations.Develop innovative partnership ideas based on content, creator trends, and brand objectives.Ensure efficient and timely deal closures.4. Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and media agency leaders.Act as a trusted strategic partner, consistently identifying opportunities for client growth.5. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer / digital content trends.Identify whitespace categories and new opportunities to unlock incremental revenue.6. Collaboration & Handover
Work closely with internal execution teams to ensure smooth onboarding after deal closure.Share clear briefs, expectations, and commercial terms for seamless delivery.Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Sales, New Business, Brand Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Media Solutions, or Branded Content .Proven track record of closing sponsorships, partnerships, or influencer-led deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative.Strong understanding of digital marketing, creator ecosystem, and brand needs.
