Job Description : -

We are seeking a STARLIMS Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and enhancing STARLIMS LIMS solutions. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of STARLIMS modules, scripting, workflows, and integration, along with a strong understanding of lab processes and quality / compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize STARLIMS modules (e.g., Sample Management, Stability, Inventory, QC Micro).

Build and maintain forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows using STARLIMS (HTML5, JavaScript, SQL).

Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests based on business requirements.

Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, MES, instruments, ELN).

Perform system testing, validation, and documentation

Support production issues, investigate root causes, and provide timely resolutions.

Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and release notes.

Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and validation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience working with

STARLIMS (v11 or higher) .

Strong expertise in

JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and STARLIMS

HTML5 environment .

Hands-on proficiency in

SQL Server , queries, stored procedures, and database design.

Understanding of

LIMS workflows , sample lifecycle, lab operations, and quality processes.

Experience in

GxP ,

ALCOA+ ,

21 CFR Part 11 is added advantage

Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Good understanding of instrument integration, API / web services.
