Role Description

• New Business Development : Identify, qualify, and secure new warehousing and 3PL contracts with mid-to-large enterprises.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers, supply chain heads, and procurement leaders.
• Market Intelligence : Track industry trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and emerging opportunities.
• Solution Selling : Work with operations, engineering, and technology teams to design customized logistics solutions for clients.
• Contract Negotiations : Lead commercial and contractual discussions, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Revenue & Margin Targets : Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Liaise with operations, legal, and finance teams for smooth project onboarding.
• Project Management : Execute & Implement the Business brought by Sales Team.
• Warehouse Operations Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute all warehouse activities efficiently and handover to WH Manager.
• Staff & Resource Management : Lead, guide, and manage warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Allocate resources effectively for optimal productivity.
• Reporting & Analysis : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and submit to your reporting director / Analyse data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Compliance Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Execution of WH Operations : execution of warehouse operations in line with client SLAs and company standards .
