- Calling prospects & understanding their requirements
- Scheduling one on one meetings with customers to provide solutions specific to their needs
- Driving site visits & assisting in shortlisting the appropriate options
- Using knowledge,analytics & experience to consult and advise
- Taking strong follow-up of potential prospects & ensuring closures- Solving all post-sales queries or concerns of customers
- Documenting the complete lead journey on CRM for records
- Building an excellent rapport with developers and their respective teams
- Ensuring Customer delight each and every time
