Job descriptionExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong knowledge of plastic sheet applications in construction, signage, roofing, etc. Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Identify and onboard new distributors / dealers in target markets Manage existing accounts, ensuring consistent order flow and timely deliveries Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and customer satisfaction Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Provide product demos, technical support, and after-sales service to clients Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions, exhibitions, and lead generation Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis Ensure collection of outstanding dues from distributors as per company policy

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / distributor sales (preferred in polycarbonate, acrylic,
or plastic sheet industry)
