Galileo Expert / Travel Consultant / Customer Service Agent
We are looking for skilled, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our rapidly expanding Travel Operations team.
๐ซ Key Responsibilities
โ Flight Scheduling & Management
Monitor and update flight schedules with complete accuracy.Rebook flights due to cancellations or last-minute changes.Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and partners to verify bookings and resolve flight-related issues.๐ฌ Customer Support (Out-of-Hours)
Handle inbound customer queries during night shifts.Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.Provide real-time updates on itinerary changes with clear communication.๐ Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate booking records.Update CRM systems and ensure proper documentation.Prepare end-of-shift reports for seamless handovers.๐ Problem Resolution
Manage emergency travel disruptions promptly.Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve escalations.Share detailed notes for issues forwarded to day teams.๐งพ General Travel Operations
Back-office administrationCRM & internal communicationAirline & supplier coordinationCustomer engagement & support๐ผ Key Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre (GDS expertise highly preferred).Excellent English communication (verbal & written).Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility for night shifts & rotational offs.Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!Prior travel customer service or ticketing experience is a plus.๐ What We Offer
