Brief JD :
Strong Exp in Oracle SQL & Linux
Exp with payment gateways,UPI,Card,NB Transaction flow
Working Exp of databases (SQL / Oracle), Strong in Linux commands
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers.
Schedule and delegate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
2. Incident & Problem Management
Oversee the timely resolution of critical incidents and technical issues.
Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures.
3. System & Application SupportProvide L1 / L2 support for core banking applications, online banking platforms / POS systems / Various Payment modes.
Troubleshoot issues related to system integration, transaction failures, security controls, etc.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Communication
6. Change & Release Management,Production issues - eview and approve changes from a support perspective.
7. Ensure support readiness during BCP (Business Continuity Planning) activations.
Qualification : BE, MCA
Communication : Good / Excellent :
NP : Immediate / 15 Days / 30 Days / 60 Days (Serving)
