About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced professional in Analytics + Data Science / AI to drive our data strategy and insights roadmap. You'll define scalable data science solutions and ensure that analytics and models directly impact key business decisions. You will also mentor and guide a growing team of data - Build and deploy ML / AI models for forecasting, prediction, and optimization.

• Design analytical frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Category, and Marketing teams to identify and execute high-impact use cases.
• Drive automation, experimentation, and advanced analytics adoption across teams.
• Ensure strong data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Mentor a team of Analytics + DS / AI professionals and foster a culture of learning and 7-8 years of experience in Analytics + DS / AI roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven track record in machine learning and AI model development.
• Exposure to Airflow, Git, and / or data pipeline tools
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Team handling or mentorship experience will be an added advantage.
• GenAI / LLM experience is a strong plus.
