We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage our social channels, create compelling content, engage with our audience, and drive measurable growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1- Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) for all social platforms.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
2- Social Media Management
Manage and oversee daily posts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, Twitter, and others.Plan and maintain an organised posting calendar.Ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and customer queries.3- Campaign Planning & Execution
Design and execute social media campaigns for promotions, product launches, and brand awareness.Collaborate with influencers, partners, and digital communities to expand reach.4- Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and follower growth.Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.Optimise social content through continuous testing and data-driven decision making.5- Brand & Community Engagement
Monitor brand mentions, trends, and ongoing conversations across social media.Engage with community members to build strong, meaningful relationships.Maintain online reputation and ensure positive brand visibility.6- Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices.Identify and implement new digital innovations to enhance brand presence.Skills & Qualification
Proven skills as a Social Media Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their analytics tools.Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.Time management and the ability to handle multiple projects.Preferred Skills
Experience with paid ads on Meta, Google, and .Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.Experience collaborating with influencers and external agencies.Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (preferred).Why Join Us?
