Job Responsibilities

Responsible for defining the strategy and vision for AI Products

Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements to lay down the overall product design

Define the success criteria for AI products and design a roadmap for sprint-wise development

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Developers, AI Engineers and Data Scientists to clearly scope out features and tasks and aid in ensuring accelerated development of the product

Prioritize features, enhancements and bug fixes based on business value and customer priorities

Ensure clear communication with all stakeholder on the progress of development, product launch and post launch support

Responsible for the design, development, and engineering of a customer application built on a technology stack including Java / Node / Python / React, and any other JavaScript-based frameworks for web development.

Responsible for the design, development, and engineering of REST and SOAP web services

Work within all levels of a cloud-based Web Stack to develop solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements

Experience of building solution architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues on time.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team with multiple skillsets, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Identify and address skill gaps, and provide opportunities for professional development

Required Tech Stack

6 to 9 years’ experience in Full Stack development

Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval techniques, prompt engineering)

Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions

Manage Databricks workflows, including job and cluster creation also Databricks API

Deploy and orchestrate AI models using Docker and Kubernetes

Collaborate using GitHub for version control and team collaboration

Work with cloud platforms for AI solution deployment and management (Azure, GCP, AWS)

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML / CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., Python / Java / Node.js) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular / React)

Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL / NoSQL), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI / UX design

Strong with Data Structure and Algorithms, OOPS & TDD concepts.

Experience in Material-UI and familiarity with CI / CD.

Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint.

Required Non-Tech Stack

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Ability to scope out estimates (time and effort), design architecture and solutions for RFPs and Proposals

Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to assess the financial impact of decisions, both in running the delivery team and delivering solutions to clients.

Ability to recognize pragmatic alternatives vis-à-vis a perfect solution and get the delivery teams on board to pursue them, balancing time priorities with potential business impact.

Strong people skills, including conflict resolution, empathy, communication, listening, and negotiation.

Shows proficiency in providing technical guidance and provide leadership and mentorship to the delivery team.

Preferred Educational Qualifications

B.E / BTech / BS / MTech / MS (Computer Science or equivalent degree)
