About the Role :

We are hiring a Telecaller – Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist on behalf of our Healthcare & Corporate Wellness client in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in corporate prospecting, telecalling, and appointment generation.

You will reach out to HR, Admin, CXO-level contacts, nurture corporate leads, and support the Business Development team in expanding Wellness & Skin Care programs across organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Outreach & Calling

  • Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients including HR Managers, Admin Heads, CEOs, CXOs, CSR Managers, and decision-makers.
  • Present offerings related to Corporate Wellness Programs & Skin Care Services.
  • Conduct warm and cold calling as part of structured outreach campaigns.

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential corporate leads generated through campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand corporate requirements and determine fit for wellness engagement.
  • Meeting & Appointment Scheduling

  • Fix appointments and coordinate virtual / in-person meetings between prospects and the Business Development team.
  • Ensure seamless communication and timely updates to internal teams.
  • CRM & Reporting

  • Record all interactions, feedback, and lead progress in the CRM system.
  • Track and update funnel stages to support the sales pipeline.
  • Strengthen conversion rates by improving lead response time and engagement.
  • Qualifications & Skills

    Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or corporate outreach.
  • Strong spoken communication in English & Hindi.
  • Confidence in speaking with senior corporate decision-makers.
  • Good to Have

  • Fluency in Telugu.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Prior exposure to corporate wellness, healthcare services, or B2B outreach.
