Job descriptionBusiness Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the recruitment agency's market presence. Get a contract, permanent Staffing Requirements, and close positions. Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts / clients and independently handle staffing business. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders / Principals. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organisations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner. Solution Selling : Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements. Proposal Creation : Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge. Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's network, build relationships, and generate new leads. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Collaboration : Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.
We have an urgent opening for Assistant Manager Business Development.
Experience : 3+ Years.
Location : Bangalore (Only Bangalore candidates need to apply).
Working Mode : Work from Office (Strictly).

Please note : This role needs 80% travelling.
Job Summary :
- As an Assistant Manager Business Development, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an account manager.
- You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with our products / services.
