We are looking for enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for both freshers eager to build a career in recruitment and experienced professionals (up to 6 years) who want to take their expertise to the next level. You’ll play a critical role in connecting top IT talent with exciting opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.), networking, and internal databases.
• Understand client job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and daily trackers.
