Assistant Manger - Finance West Africa (covering Senegal, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso & Guinea-Bissau excluding Nigeria)

Reporting To : Group Finance Manager Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic qualified Chartered Accountant for the role of Assistant Manager Finance who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and the ability to navigate the diverse African business terrain.

What Youll Do :

• Oversee finance, accounting, and compliance across six West African countries.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Coordinate with local auditors, tax consultants, and banks to ensure statutory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
• Implement group finance policies, controls, and process improvements.
• Partner with business and commercial teams to drive profitability and efficiency.
