Key Strategy & Execution :
- Own the end-to-end execution of paid marketing campaigns across platforms : Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon AMS, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)etc.
- Strategize and execute performance marketing plans to drive acquisition, ROAS, and retention across Q-Commerce, eCommerce channels.
- Coordinate with internal creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad copies, creatives, and videos tailored to platform behavior and audience segments.
- Set up and manage remarketing funnels, new customer acquisition, and performance-driven product / category-based campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Optimization :
Continuously monitor campaign metrics, trends, and funnel data to identify areas ofimprovement.
Conduct A / B tests and apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tactics to improve campaignresults.
Optimize budgets and bids across channels to maximize ROI and scale performance sustainably.Provide actionable reports, dashboards, and insights to cross-functional stakeholders on campaign performance and learnings.Platform Management & Growth Strategy :

Quick Commerce Dashboards : brand visibility, promotions, and growth hacks on Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.Amazon Ads Console (AMS) : keyword targeting, sponsored ads, placements, etc.Identify opportunities to scale in new cities, categories, or cohorts via performance insights and experiments.Collaborate closely with the revenue, category, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with sales and brand objectives.Key Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer health & wellness brands.Strong working knowledge of Q-Commerce ad platforms, Amazon AMSProven ability in managing ad budgets, ROAS, and CPL / CAC metrics.Experience in A / B testing, data interpretation, attribution modeling, and CRO tools.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Passion for health food, nutrition, or wellness domains is a strong advantage.What We Offer
