Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team in New Delhi. In this role, you will provide customer support, address inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will regularly communicate with clients, analyze their needs, offer appropriate solutions, and work collaboratively with other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Strong skills in Customer Support
• Background in Fashion & Lifestyle is a plus
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining client relationships
• Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns and identify effective solutions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a customer-oriented environment is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
