Location : Gurgaon (Onsite)
Workdays : 6 Days a Week (Rotational Weekly Off)
Shift Timings : Girls : Day Shift
Boys : Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand and address their needs effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
Ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with process guidelines.
Key Requirements
Graduation is mandatory .
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (must be verifiable on paper).
Good knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
