Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO. The Personal Assistant will support executive-level activities, such as scheduling and diary management, managing communications, organizing documentation, and executing administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive individual who can ensure efficient daily operations and assist in maintaining seamless professional workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
• Experience in Diary Management and scheduling
• Solid Clerical Skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office)
• Prior experience in supporting executives or senior leaders is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
