We’re Hiring : Associate / Senior Associate – Banking & Finance

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India

Experience : 1–6 years in Banking & Finance Practice

We are looking for Associates / Senior Associates to join our Banking & Finance practice.

Expertise in the Banking & Finance Practice :

• Financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending
• Project finance and infrastructure financing
• Working capital and term loan facilities
• Securitisation and structured finance
• Debt capital markets, including bond / debenture issuances
• Acquisition finance and leveraged finance
• Distressed debt and debt restructuring
• Advisory on financing structures and emerging financial products
