Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced OpenStack Enterprise and Public Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge cloud solutions for enterprise and public cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in OpenStack, Kubernetes, networking, automation, and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), while providing technical leadership, governance, and innovation in complex delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging OpenStack for enterprise and public cloud deployments.
• Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance across multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in network infrastructure, covering fabric, application layers, and interconnectivity.
• Design and implement networking solutions including IP addressing, routing protocols, firewalls, BGP, MPLS, and load balancing.
• Ensure network designs align with cloud-native architectures and application demands.
• Architect and optimize Kubernetes-based platforms for containerized workloads.
• Implement container networking, storage integration, and security best practices.
• Guide adoption of microservices architectures, service mesh, and serverless computing.
• Drive automation initiatives for deployment, scaling, upgrades, and monitoring of cloud platforms.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Enhance operational efficiency through continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD) pipelines.
• Govern delivery in complex enterprise and public cloud environments.
• Challenge and validate architectural designs to ensure compliance, quality, and resilience.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks through robust risk management :
• Proven hands-on experience with OpenStack design, deployment, and optimization.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals : IP addressing, routing protocols, firewalls, BGP, MPLS, and load balancing.
• Solid experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.), container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed applications.
• Experience in public cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Hands-on expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in monitoring, observability, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
• Understanding of serverless computing and cloud-native design principles.
• Strong knowledge of system and application design methodologies.
• Experience designing high-availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and cloud security compliance frameworks.
