Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end operations for U.S. individual tax compliance, specifically handling Form 1040 and related filings.

Oversee tax preparation, review, and filing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IRS regulations.

Manage a team of tax professionals, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and career development.

Collaborate with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.

Monitor and improve operational workflows, productivity, and quality metrics.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.

Stay updated with changes in US tax laws and regulations and ensure team readiness.

Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Support business development and client onboarding activities as needed. Lead resource allocation and scheduling across multi-stakeholder projects.

Qualifications & Skills : (

candidates must have experience in HNI)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA, EA, or equivalent US tax qualification preferred.

12+ years of experience in US taxation, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong understanding of US tax codes, compliance requirements, and tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem, ProSystem fx, UltraTax).

Proven experience in managing large teams and client portfolios.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
