Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Angular Developer with deep expertise in PrimeNG to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance user experience while leveraging your deep understanding of Angular and PrimeNG components.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using Angular (latest versions).
• Implement complex UI components and solutions leveraging PrimeNG.

Code Quality & Standards :

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.

Collaboration & Communication :

• Be able to direct, test, and manage a team of 5+ developers.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs seamlessly.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Problem-Solving :

• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and technical challenges daily.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Tooling & Workflow :

• Utilize modern development tools like Angular CLI, TypeScript, RxJS, and SCSS.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Angular and PrimeNG.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Front-End Development
• Expert-level proficiency in Angular (versions 9+).
• In-depth knowledge and experience with PrimeNG components and themes.
• Strong understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, and Angular Material.
• UI / UX Integration :
• Proven ability to create responsive and visually appealing UI designs.
• Experience with CSS frameworks, SCSS, and web accessibility standards.
• Software Development Practices :
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and CI / CD pipelines.
• Performance Optimization :
• Hands-on experience in profiling and optimizing Angular applications.
• Other Technical Expertise :
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications :

• Has managed a team of 5+ for 8+ years
• Angular 9+ Expert
• Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries like React or Vue.js.
• Understanding of GraphQL, WebSockets, or SignalR.
• Contributions to open-source projects or PrimeNG-related development.
• 8hrs / day, however, must have the ability to have daily meetings with USA team until 11PM IST
