IT Service Management (ITSM) encompasses a comprehensive set of practices, policies, and procedures designed to effectively manage and deliver IT services within an organization. You’ll focus on building and maintaining the infrastructure supporting ServiceNow, Tanium, Flexera, and Claroty to ensure accurate asset visibility and compliance across IT and OT environments.

All you’ll need for success :

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training

1+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience :

Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training.

Experience with infrastructure engineering, API integrations, and automation for enterprise asset discovery platforms (ServiceNow, Tanium, Flexera, Claroty).

Airline Industry experience

Key Responsibilities :

Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure supporting ServiceNow CMDB, Tanium, Flexera, and Claroty integrations.

Develop automation scripts (PowerShell / Python) to streamline data ingestion, reconciliation, and health monitoring across platforms.

Ensure CMDB data quality through automated normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment logic.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and network teams to maintain secure and reliable OT discovery via Claroty collectors.

Maintain and update asset & software asset records in HAM & SAM tools and CMDB.

Monitor discovery data quality and asset health across environments.

Support automation and reporting for asset reconciliation processes.

Manage & Maintain Claroty IOT / OT asset discovery.

Maintain and install Claroty collectors working with IT field support.

Assist in software audits and reconciliation of entitlements vs. deployments.

Collaborate with IT, security, and finance teams to ensure alignment on software usage and cost allocation.

Identify opportunities to optimize discovery coverage, accuracy, and automation.

Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance.

Participate in the development and refinement of CMDB and asset management processes.

Provide support for escalations related to software licensing and asset
